So sorry to read this Nilofer. You have been such a catalyst for thought for me, and I am sure for many others. Your Onlyness is on your doorstep now, as only you can experience this time. Your tribe will be here when you get ready.

Prayers,

G Crumpton

Sending much healing energy Nilofer. There is an expansive and potentiality-induced energy bouncing of this page, whilst wanting to honour the INCREDIBLE Onlyness work you have offered into the world. It is so desperately needed, yet I am curious what shape it takes for you and us in the future. Rest and go well.

Thank you for sharing your journey, Nilofer - being present and inching toward what's next sounds like Tara or Ārya Tārā, a female Bodhisattva known as the "mother of liberation". You are wonderful and surprising and raw - I am in my 'next divorce' right now and my heart went out to you.

Thank you Michelle, for the feedback, and, oh, that sounds beautiful "the mother of liberation". Any book ideas around this to learn more?

Good for you, Nilofer. I love this: "But for right now? I know nothing. I’m being present and inching towards what’s next."

Sending so much love.

Rachel,

Yes, being present. A friend whose been by my side through the concussion keeps pressuring me to do whatever by yesterday. And I just can't. I can't focus for that long. I can't find files in my hard drive. I can't remember certain ideas. I just can't. And I realize now that really nothing needs to be done by yesterday. it will be done when it gets done. And any pressure to do any different is about control, not love. It might be one of the best takeaways from this time of life.
