Such a good reminder. This resonated a lot. Also how this is mutual, it is always a co-creation. Nobody get successful all by themselves, and at the same time it helps to be oneself to be successful long-term. The honest conversations are so key for this, two (or more) people, in their onlyness, to share what they want to create together and how to go about it, and how to be with each other in doing this. Always scary, always enlightening. For me right now, that is the key thing I'm paying attention to right now for my own growth.

The reminder that leveraging our Onlyness is most effective with others is so important, too often I fall back into introspection (what is all this for, what’s the point etc) when actually imagining, communing and co-creating with others is far more meaningful and impactful.
My husband happened to read this one and said, it felt repetitive. This is always a worry for me given that I am writing about one big idea (onlyness, and how each of us become fully alive at work), so am especially glad to see this note, Garry.
