Another powerful, relatable, helpful reframing of important complex beliefs we've been raised with about work, work-life balance. I appreciate the concept that by finding our crew who centers us in our Onlyness and we do that for them, helps us gain the capabilities so longed for in how to speak up at work about what is/isn't needed for us, for our teams, for the work. Can hardly wait to unpack this one with the Column Club this Wednesday!

I wonder if we can explore how we actually let go of our tribe as we try and please our bosses? How we say to our buds, "hey I have to work late", or "I'm totally exhausted so I can't see you", and so on. So that after a while, we're distant from the very crew who will ask, "hey are you being treated right?"
