Do you trust... yourself?

The Onlyness Column Club is a "book club" to unpack, discuss and apply these ideas. It'll be the best 60 minutes you'll have all week if you show up with curiosity. 

For our next, we'll be exploring these ideas: 
(1) Why obsessing on outcomes instead of a way of being can be a misdirection. 
(2) The poetic dance of voice and belonging. 
(3) And why break the cycle that someone else's needs are "greater" than our own.  

We'll unpack what I see as the common thread of these: self-trust, which I'll define as that inability or unwillingness to trust what you hear inside of yourself—denying that part of you that has no way to be heard without you listening to it.
