Great post. Inspiring post. Great video addition to post. Interesting, over the entire course of my 17 years of business life I suffered the same fate as "Stolen Assets" and I just accepted it. I accepted it because I knew I would ( as your and her boss said) have more ideas and I did. I thought, just letting the ideas go would be the best way to keep harmony in the family. I did keep receipts, it goes with the territory when you are collaborating with people, but I wish I would have done a better job at that. I wish I would have keep an Idea journal. Your post also inspires me to understand that not every boss is a good boss and that one should use their voice more when on the idea battle ground. Thank you.
