Since I coach job seekers, I’m going to take the other side of the table – how candidates can share their Onlyness in the interview process. Yes, they have to ‘connect the dots’ between the job description and their skills and experience, but they can also go out-of-the-box and describe their unique or extraordinary skill, experience or perspective and its potential contribution to the organization. By exploring and assessing their Onlyness as part of their preparation before interviewing or even writing their resume, they can share themselves, even if the interviewer isn’t aware of the concept or value.

This really struck me Nilofer "once you’re in the process of interviewing, stop asking people to sell themselves and instead ask people to share themselves." What a game-change that could be, thank you for this vision.
