I wrote that it's not about stuck or unstuck, or old business vs. new business, because these are all false dichotomies. I wrote, "it is really about growth".
And as I was talking to my husband, he skeptically asked, really? It's really about growth? And I knew just what he was saying. It is really about change, and how you respond to it, whether you get defensive or do denial or if you decide that the only real way to get what you want is growth. He was (kindly) pointing out my own bias and not acknowledging the fuller state of the state. So I thought I'd leave that here, for my own accountability AND to point out my "edit" without editing the original work.
